A 15 Lot subdivision incorporating an existing dwelling with tenants. requiring 24-hour access. The project involved minor bulk earthworks for 1500m2 of new roadways, including a road widening externally.

600 lineal meters of stormwater network with 27 stormwater structures. Works included major external works excavating above and below existing 700mm trunk water main, 525mm asbestos trunk water main and working directly below low voltage, 11kv and 33kv power lines, all under traffic control and with lane closure.

400 lineal meters of PE sewer with 14 structures, all structures were poured with calcareous aggregate to suit QUU specifications. 320 lineal meters of PE water main, including live connections to existing network. Landscaping, concrete works and road furniture all completed by BTP Civil also.
